We operate a modern, well coordinated machine park, which is carefully maintained and serviced by our employees. All machines, whether in toolmaking in the press shop or supplemenatary machining, are connected to our production data acquisition system.
To our customers we offer all variants of cold forming technology from single and double blow presses to 2-stage up to 6-stage forming presses.
With our cutting machinery we are able to produce complex turning geometries in connection with knurling, internal thread forming, deep-hole drilling, cross-hole drilling and external thread. But also through-feed or plunge grinding operations are possible. Our fully automatic cleaning line degreases parts and containers.
