Together we are strong. For our comprehensive quality management system, we include customers, suppliers and partners in the production process. Every employee, every colleague adheres to the iron laws of our “zero defect policy” as a team. Because we work according to the 0-PPM philosophy. We are constantly developing our quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949 and DIN ISO 14001. Every employee is involved, ideas and suggestions for improvement are seriously discussed and often implemented. Of course, we also have a CAQ system with several measuring stations in each production department.
Corrosion protection
Corrosion protection is (almost) standard practice. Practically every formed part is made extra “durable” by galvanising. Zinc, zinc nickel platings or zinc lamella treatments provide corrosion-proof surfaces. We use coating thickness measurements in order to be able to identify even minimum deviations.
Micrographs
A micrograph is used to check every new part for double layers or other forming defects so that we can guarantee a smooth fibre direction.
